PM25RL1A120 is a 3-phase 25A, 1200V intelligent power module. It uses the fifth-generation Full-Gate CSTBTTM chip and has chip surface temperature detection over-temperature protection. In addition, the module also supports error output signals from upper and lower arm protection and is compatible with L-series packaging.
