About this manual

The M54532P and M54532FP are four‑circuit Darlington transistor arrays with integrated clamping diodes, built from NPN transistors. They deliver high‑current driving capability (1.5 A per circuit) while maintaining a low input‑current requirement and a wide operating temperature range.

Typical applications include driving relays, printers, LEDs, lamps, and other indication elements. The devices feature a maximum collector‑emitter voltage of 50 V, input voltage range of 0.5 V to 10 V, and are supplied in a compact 16‑pin molded flat package (16P2N‑A(FP)).
