The HCS360 is a code hopping encoder designed for secure Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) systems. It features a programmable 28/32-bit serial number and 64-bit encryption key, unique transmission for each transmission, 67-bit transmission code length, 32-bit hopping code, and 35-bit fixed code (including serial number, function code, status, and CRC).

The CY7C109B / CY7C1009B is a high-performance CMOS static RAM organized as 131,072 words by 8 bits, with features such as high speed, low power consumption, low CMOS standby power, 2.0V data retention, automatic power-down and TTL-compatible inputs and outputs.

The UC1825 family of PWM control ICs is optimized for high frequency switched mode power supply applications. Particular care was given to minimizing propagation delays through the comparators and logic circuitry while maximizing bandwidth and slew rate of the error amplifier. This controller is designed for use in either current-mode or voltage mode systems with the capability for input voltage feed-forward. Protection circuitry includes a current limit comparator with a 1V threshold, a TTL compatible shutdown port, and a soft start pin which will double as a maximum duty cycle clamp. The logic is fully latched to provide jitter free operation and prohibit multiple pulses at an output. An under-voltage lockout section with 800mV of hysteresis assures low start up current. During under-voltage lockout, the outputs are high impedance. These devices feature totem pole outputs designed to source and sink high peak currents from capacitive loads, such as the gate of a power MOSFET.

The LTC3531/LTC3531-3.3/LTC3531-3 are synchronous buck-boost DC/DC converters that operate from input voltages above, below or equal to the output voltage. The topology incorporated in the ICs provides a continuous transfer through all operating modes, making the product ideal for single cell Li-Ion and multicell alkaline or nickel applications. The converters operate in Burst Mode, minimizing solution footprint and component count as well as providing high conversion efficiency over a wide range of load currents. The devices include two 0.5Ω N-channel MOSFET switches and two P-channel switches (0.5Ω, 0.8Ω). Quiescent current is typically 16μA, making the parts ideal for battery power applications. Other features include a <1μA shutdown current, current limiting, thermal shutdown and output disconnect. The parts are offered in a 6-pin ThinSOTTM package for fixed voltage versions or a 3mm × 3mm DFN package for fixed and adjustable versions.

The TL284x and TL384x series of control integrated circuits provide the features necessary to implement off-line or dc-to-dc fixed-frequency current-mode control schemes with a minimum number of external components. Some of the internally implemented circuits are an undervoltage lockout (UVLO) with a start-up current of less than 1 mA and a precision reference trimmed for accuracy at the error amplifier input. Other internal circuits include logic for latched operation, a pulse-width modulation (PWM) comparator (that also provides current-limit control), and a totem-pole output stage designed to source or sink high-peak current. The output stage, suitable for driving N-channel MOSFETs, is low when it is in the off state. Major differences between members of these series are the UVLO thresholds and maximum duty-cycle ranges.

The L5973D is a step-down monolithic power switching regulator with a minimum switch current limit of 2.5A, allowing it to deliver over 2A DC current to the load depending on the application conditions. The output voltage can be adjusted from 1.235V to 35V. The high current level is achieved thanks to an SO8 package with an exposed frame, which reduces the Rth(j-amb) to approximately 40°C/W. The device uses an internal P-Channel D-MOS transistor (with a typical Rdson of 250mΩ) as the switching element to minimize the size of external components. An internal oscillator sets the switching frequency at 250KHz. With a minimum input voltage of only 4.4V, it is particularly suitable for applications with a 5V bus available in computer-related applications. Pulse by pulse current limit

The TPA302 is a stereo audio power amplifier from TI that can deliver 300mW of continuous average power into an 8-ohm load at less than 0.06% THD+N from a 5-V power supply or up to 300mW at 1% THD+N.

LT6011/LT6012 is a low noise, high precision input performance, low power and wide power supply voltage range op amp, which can be applied to thermocouple amplifiers, precision photodiode amplifiers, instrumentation amplifiers, low voltage precision systems and battery powered precision systems.

TLL.440 is a low power LED produced by Vishay Telefunken. It has high brightness, CMOS/MOS compatibility and other features. It is suitable for low power DC circuits.

M48Z58 M48Z58Y 5V, 64 Kbit (8 Kbit x8) ZEROPOWER® SRAM is an integrated, ultra low power SRAM, power-fail control circuit, and battery product. It has the characteristics of read cycle time equal to write cycle time, automatic power-fail chip deselection and write protection.

DS3234 is a low-cost, extremely accurate SPI™ bus real-time clock (RTC) with an integrated temperature- compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) and crystal. The DS3234 incorporates a precision, temperature-compen- sated voltage reference and comparator circuit to moni- tor VCC. When VCC drops below the power-fail voltage (VPF), the device asserts the RST output and also dis- ables read and write access to the part when VCC drops below both VPF and VBAT. The RST pin is monitored as a pushbutton input for generating a reset externally. The device switches to the backup supply input and main- tains accurate timekeeping when main power to the device is interrupted. The integration of the crystal res- onator enhances the long-term accuracy of the device as well as reduces the piece-part count in a manufactur- ing line. The DS3234 is available in commercial and industrial temperature ranges, and is offered in an industry-standard 300-mil, 20-pin SO package. The DS3234 also integrates 256 bytes of battery-backed SRAM. In the event of main power loss, the contents of the memory are maintained by the power source con- nected to the VBAT pin. The RTC maintains seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month, and year information. The date at the end of the month is automatically adjust- ed for months with fewer than 31 days, including correc- tions for leap year. The clock operates in either the 24-hour or 12-hour format with AM/PM indicator. Two programmable time-of-day inputs allow setting alarms and timers.
