VNW50N04A is a monolithic device made using SGS-THOMSON Vertical Intelligent Power M0 Technology, intended for replacement of standard power MOSFETS in DC to 50 KHz applications. Built-in thermal shut-down, linear current limitation and overvoltage clamp protect the chip in harsh enviroments. Fault feedback can be detected by monitoring the voltage at the input pin.

FlatPAC is a low-profile, agency-approved switching power supply from Vicor that offers multiple output power and voltage configurations.

The VI-J00 MiniMod is a new type of component-level DC-DC converter that offers high power density, efficiency, low noise, and other features. It is suitable for distributed power architectures.

The UltraMOV Metal Oxide Varistor Series is designed for applications requiring high peak surge current ratings and high energy absorption capability. UltraMOV varistors are primarily intended for use in AC Line Voltage applications such as Transient Voltage Surge Suppressors (TVSS), Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS), AC Power Taps, AC Power Meters, or other products that require voltage clamping of high transient surge currents from sources such as lightning, inductive load switching, or capacitor bank switching. These devices are produced in radial lead package sizes of 7, 10, 14, and 20mm and offered in a variety of lead forms. UltraMOVs are manufactured with recognized epoxy encapsulation and are rated for ambient temperatures up to 85oC with no derating. This Series is LASER-branded and is supplied in bulk, ammo pack (fan-fold), or tape and reel packaging.

The MA Series is a range of axial-lead metal-oxide varistors (MOVs) designed for use in board level industrial and commercial electronic equipment. They are used to protect components and signal/data lines from low energy transients. The MA Series is available in a small axial lead package and offers standard or tightened clamping voltage options.

The µPD16435 and 16435A are controllers/drivers for a 119 × 73-dot LCD, and perform LCD full-dot and character composite display by means of control by a microprocessor that has a 4 or 8-bit data bus. A charge pump type DC/DC converter is also incorporated, enabling 3 or 5 V single power supply drive. The µPD16435 uses an external reference clock. The µPD16435A has the on-chip oscillation circuit (external crystal resonator).

This document details the features and characteristics of HC series aluminum electrolytic capacitors, including rated voltage range, rated capacitance range, capacitance tolerance, leakage current, tan δ, low temperature stability, endurance, etc.

CP Clare's UNI-IMP high-speed transient surge protectors (0.55-20kV) provide the ultimate protection from high-energy, fast-rising transients such as Nuclear EMP.

The UDN2993B and UDN2993LB are dual full-bridge motion control ICs that provide cost-effective, monolithic drive electronics for bipolar stepper and dc (brush) servo motors to 30 V and 500 mA.
