The TC1272/TC1273/TC1274 are cost-effective system supervisor circuits designed to monitor VCC in digital systems and provide a reset signal to the host processor when necessary. No external components are required. The reset output is driven active within 20 µsec of VCC falling through the reset voltage threshold. RESET is maintained active for a minimum of 100 msec after VCC rises above the reset threshold. The TC1274 has an active-high RESET output, while the TC1272 and TC1273 have an active-low RESET output. The TC1272 and TC1274 each have a complimentary out- put, while the TC1273 has an open-drain output. The output of the TC1272 and TC1273 is valid down to VCC = 1.2V. The TC1274 is valid down to VCC = 1.8V. All three devices are available in a 3-Pin SOT-23B package. The TC1272/TC1273/TC1274 devices are optimized to reject fast transient glitches on the VCC line.

TB5R3 is a quad differential PECL receiver from Texas Instruments that can accept digital data and convert it to TTL output logic levels. TB5R3 is a pin- and function-compatible replacement for the Agere systems BRF1A; it includes 3-kV HBM and 2-kV CDM ESD protection.

The ST330S series is a 330 amp phase control thyristor with center amplifying gate, hermetic metal case with ceramic insulator, international standard case TO-209AE (TO-118), threaded studs UNF 3/4-16UNF2A or ISO M24x1.5, compression bonded encapsulation for heavy duty operations such as severe thermal cycling. Typical applications include DC motor controls, controlled DC power supplies and AC controllers.

The ST3232E is a 3V powered EIA/TIA-232 and V.28/V.24 communication interfaces with low power requirements, high data-rate capabilities and enhanced electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection to ±8kV using IEC1000-4-2 Contact Discharge and ±15kV using the Human Body Model. ST3232E has a proprietary low dropout transmitter output stage providing true RS-232 performance from 3 to 5V supplies witha a dual charge pump. The charge pump requires only four small 0.1µF standard external capacitors for operations from 3V supply. The ST3232E has two receivers and two drivers. The device is guaranteed to run at data rates of 250Kbps while maintaining RS-232 output levels. Typical applications are Notebook, Subnotebook and Palmtop Computers, Battery Powered Equipment, Hand-Held Equipment, Peripherals and Printers.

ST2L05 is a low power dual voltage regulator from ST company. The output voltage can be selected from 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V. The first voltage regulator output current is 1A, and the second voltage regulator output current is 1A. The second voltage regulator output voltage is adjustable.
