This document describes the Series ULS-2800H and ULS-2800R, which are integrated circuits consisting of eight silicon NPN Darlington power drivers on a common monolithic substrate. These devices are designed to serve as interfaces between low-level logic circuitry and high-power loads, making them suitable for driving relays, solenoids, lamps, and other devices in high-reliability military or aerospace applications.

These devices operate over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
