U634H256 is a high-performance, non-volatile CMOS static RAM from Microchip. It has 32768x8 bits, 25, 35 and 45ns access times, 10, 15 and 20ns output enable access times, 15mA typical ICC, automatic storage to EEPROM, no external capacitor.
U1ZB6.8~U1ZB390 is a zener diode produced by Toshiba, with an average power dissipation of 1.0W and a zener voltage range of 6.8~390V. The outer casing is a surface-mounted plastic package.
TS2026L is a dual-channel power distribution switch optimized for general-purpose power distribution requiring circuit protection. It is internally current limited and has thermal shutdown that protects the device and load. When a thermal shutdown fault occurs, the output is latched off until the faulty load is removed. Removing that load or toggling the enable input will reset the device output. Both devices employ soft-start circuitry that minimizes inrush current in applications where highly capacitive loads are employed. A fault status output flag is asserted during over current and thermal shutdown conditions. Transient faults are internally filtered.
This document describes the features and characteristics of the TR9C1710 product. The TR9C1710 is a high-performance chip that offers fast searching and downloading capabilities. It utilizes advanced technology to provide stable and reliable performance.
The TPS715xx is a low dropout linear regulator from TI that provides 50mA of output current, 24V of maximum input voltage, and low as 3.2µA of quiescent current. It can operate in an input voltage range of 2.5V-24V and is stable with any capacitor (≥ 0.47µF). It is suitable for various low-power applications such as microcontrollers, mobile phones, and portable devices.
The TPS2838/39/48/49 series are MOSFET drivers designed for high-performance synchronous power supplies. They can provide up to 4A peak current and are ideal for use with power supply controllers that do not have on-chip drivers.
TLV5610, TLV5608, and TLV5629 are pin-compatible, eight-channel, 12-/10-/8-bit voltage output DACs each with a flexible serial interface. The serial interface allows glueless interface to TMS320 and SPI, QSPI, and Microwire serial ports. It is programmed with a 16-bit serial string containing 4 control and 12 data bits. Additional features are a power-down mode, an LDAC input for simultaneous update of all eight DAC outputs, and a data output which can be used to cascade multiple devices.
The TLH.52.. and 62.. series was developed for standard applications like general indicating and lighting purposes. It is housed in a 5 mm tinted non-diffused plastic package. The small viewing angle of these devices provides a high brightness. Several selection types with different luminous intensities are offered. All LEDs are categorized in luminous intensity groups. The green and yellow LEDs are categorized additionally in wavelength groups. That allows users to assemble LEDs with uniform appearance.
The TLC2933 is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and an edge-triggered phase frequency detector (PFD) designed for high-performance phase-locked-loop (PLL) systems. The oscillation frequency range of the VCO is determined by an external bias resistor (RBIAS). The high-speed PFD with internal charge pump detects the phase difference between the reference frequency input and the signal frequency input from the external counter. Both the VCO and the PFD have inhibit functions that can be used for power-down mode. With its high-speed and stable VCO characteristics, the TLC2933 is well-suited for use in high-performance PLL systems.
