The THS1040 is a low power 10-bit 40MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single 3-V supply. The THS1040 can be single-ended or differential input, and provides a wide selection of voltage references to match the user's design requirements. The internal reference can be bypassed to use an external reference to suit the dc accuracy and temperature drift requirements of the application.

THS1031 is a CMOS, low power, 10-bit, 30 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that can operate with a supply range from 2.7 V to 3.3 V. The THS1031 has been designed to give circuit developers more flexibility. The analog input to the THS1031 can be either single-ended or differential. This device has a built-in clamp amplifier whose clamp input level can be selected from an external dc source or from an internal high-precision 10-bit digital clamp level programmable via an internal CLAMP register. A 3-bit PGA is included to maintain SNR for small signal. The THS1031 provides a wide selection of voltage reference to match the user’s design requirements. For more design flexibility, the internal reference can be bypassed to use an external reference to suit the dc accuracy and temperature drift requirements of the application. The out-of-range indicator is also available.

The THS1030 is a CMOS, low power, 10-bit, 30 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that can operate with a supply range from 2.7 V to 3.3 V. It provides a wide selection of voltage references to match the user's design requirements.

THS10082 is a low-power 10-bit 8MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) suitable for radar, imaging, high-speed acquisition, and communications applications. Its features are speed, resolution, bandwidth, and single-supply operation. The device uses a multi-stage pipelined architecture with output error correction logic to prevent code loss over the entire operating temperature range. Internal control registers allow for programming the ADC into the desired mode. The THS10082 consists of two analog inputs, which can be individually selected and configured for single-ended or differential inputs. An integrated 16-word deep FIFO allows data to be stored to relieve the processor burden.

The THS1009 is a CMOS, low-power, 10-bit, 8 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The speed, resolution, bandwidth, and single-supply operation are suited for applications in radar, imaging, high-speed acquisition, and communications. A multistage pipelined architecture with output error correction logic provides for no missing codes over the full operating temperature range. Internal control registers allow for programming the ADC into the desired mode. The THS1009 consists of two analog inputs, which are sampled simultaneously. These inputs can be selected individually and configured to single-ended or differential inputs. Internal reference voltages for the ADC are 1.5V and 3.5V.

The THS1007 is a CMOS, low-power, 10-bit, 6 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) suitable for applications in radar, imaging, high-speed acquisition, and communications.

The THS1007 is a low-power, 10-bit, 6 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that is suited for applications in radar, imaging, high-speed acquisition, and communications. It features a multistage pipelined architecture with output error correction logic that provides for no missing codes over the full operating temperature range. Internal control registers are used to program the ADC into the desired mode. The THS1007 consists of four analog inputs, which are sampled simultaneously. These inputs can be selected individually and configured to single-ended or differential inputs. Internal reference voltages for the ADC (1.5 V and 3.5 V)
