The THS1007 is a CMOS, low-power, 10-bit, 6 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) suitable for applications in radar, imaging, high-speed acquisition, and communications.
The THS1007 is a CMOS, low-power, 10-bit, 6 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for applications in radar, imaging, high-speed acquisition, and communications. It features simultaneous sampling of four analog inputs, which can be configured individually as single-ended or differential inputs. The device includes internal control registers to program the ADC into the desired mode and provides internal voltage references for 1.5 V and 3.5 V.
The THS1007 operates with a single 5-V supply and offers a signal-to-noise and distortion ratio of 59 dB at 2 MHz. It supports a parallel microcontroller/DSP interface and a glueless DSP interface. The device is available in a TSSOP package with two variants: the THS1007C for 0°C to 70°C operation and the THS1007I for -40°C to 85°C operation.
