About this manual

The THS10064 is a CMOS, low-power analog-to-digital converter featuring 10-bit resolution and a conversion speed of up to 6 MSPS. It supports the simultaneous sampling of four single-ended signals or two differential signals. The device utilizes a multistage pipelined architecture with output error correction logic to ensure no missing codes over the full operating temperature range.

The converter includes an integrated 16-word deep FIFO for data storage and provides internal voltage references (1.5 V and 3.5 V) or allows connection of external references. It operates on a single 5-V analog supply with digital interfaces compatible with both 3-V and 5-V logic levels, consuming a maximum power dissipation of 216 mW.
