Industrial

This datasheet introduces Texas Instruments' THS3061 and THS3062 high-voltage, high slew-rate current feedback amplifiers, which use the Texas Instruments BICOM-1 process. Designed for low distortion and a high slew rate of 7000 V/µs, the THS306x amplifiers are ideally suited for applications requiring large, linear output signals such as video line drivers and VDSL line drivers.

THS3001/02 is a high-performance high-speed current-feedback op amp from TI with a 420MHz bandwidth, 6500V/µs slew rate and 40ns settling time, making it ideal for communication, imaging and high-quality video applications.

14-bit, 1 MSPS/ 3 MSPS, DSP compatible, analog-to-digital converters with FIFO internal reference and PGA

This is a 14-bit, 1/3/8 MSPS, single supply analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an internal reference, differential inputs, programmable input gain and an on-chip sample-and-hold amplifier. The device is implemented with a CMOS process, resulting in outstanding price/performance and power/speed ratios. The device is designed for use with 3.3-V systems, and with a high-speed µP-compatible parallel interface, making it the first choice for solutions based on high-performance DSPs such as the TI TMS320C6000 series. The THS1401, THS1403 and THS1408 are available in a TQFP-48 package in standard commercial and industrial temperature ranges. They are also available in a PQFP-48 package in automotive temperature range, and the THS1408 is available in a PQFP-48 package in 70°C to 125°C automotive temperature range.

THS1401, THS1403, THS1408 are 14-bit, 1/3/8 MSPS DSP compatible analog-to-digital converters with internal reference and PGA. Features include 14-bit resolution, 1, 3, and 8 MSPS speed grades available, ±0.6 LSB typical differential nonlinearity (DNL), ±1.5 LSB typical integral nonlinearity (INL), internal reference, differential inputs, programmable gain amplifier, µP compatible parallel interface, timing compatible with TMS320C6000 DSP, 3.3-V single supply, power-down mode, and monolithic CMOS design. Applications include xDSL front ends, communications, industrial control, and instrumentation.
