This document describes a method for separating DNPH-derivative aldehydes using reversed-phase chromatography, which can detect very low concentrations of aldehydes.

The inset box shows the high recovery following the HPLC separation, as determined by direct protein assay of collected peaks. The separation of these peptides was not possible at column temperatures below 80°C. This document introduces a method for separating immunoglobulins using size-exclusion chromatography.
