About this manual

The VN920PEP-E is a monolithic device designed in STMicroelectronics VIPower™ M0-3 technology, intended for driving any kind of load with one side connected to ground. It features an active VCC pin voltage clamp to protect against low energy spikes and integrates an analog current sense output delivering a current proportional to the load current.

The device includes comprehensive protection features such as shorted load protection, under voltage and overvoltage shutdown, overvoltage clamp, thermal shutdown, current limitation, and protection against loss of ground and loss of VCC. It is available in the PowerSSO-24 package with a maximum output current of 30A and a maximum supply voltage of 36V.
