The VN920D-B5 and VN920DSO are monolithic high-side driver devices designed in STMicroelectronics VIPower MO0-3 technology. They are intended for driving any type of load with one side connected to ground. The devices include comprehensive protection features such as shorted load protection, open load detection (both on-state and off-state), under-voltage and over-voltage shutdown, and active Voc pin voltage clamping.
