LM193/LM293 is a low voltage comparator. It has a wide operating voltage range and can be powered by a single or dual supply. It has a low input bias current and a low output saturation voltage. The output is compatible with TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, and CMOS logic levels.

This product is a low power dual voltage comparator with very low supply current, independent low voltage comparators, designed to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages.
