LM193/LM193A/LM293/LM293A/LM393/LM393A are low-power dual-voltage comparators with wide power-supply voltage ranges, including single and dual supplies, from +2V to +36V or ±1V to ±18V.
The LM193/LM193A, LM293/LM293A, LM393/LM393A are low‑power dual‑voltage comparators that operate from a single supply over a wide range (+2 V to +36 V or +1 V to +18 V) and can also be used with split supplies. They feature very low supply current (0.4 mA), low input bias current (25 nA typ.), low input offset voltage (±1 mV typ.) and low output saturation voltage (250 mV typ.). The input common‑mode voltage range includes ground, making them suitable for TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS and CMOS logic families.
