BC547B and BC547C are two small signal NPN transistors. They are silicon epitaxial planar NPN transistors. They are suitable for use in through-hole PCB assembly in TO-92 package. BC547B is the PNP complementary type, with type BC557B. They are well suited for TV and home appliance equipment.
