The WAY-AX series of manual digital displays has two universal 16-bit analog inputs that can be used for -10 … +10 V / 0 … 10 V / 0 … 20 mA / 4 … 20 mA inputs, as well as a high-accuracy reference output of 10 V for potentiometers> 1 kOhm. The high-contrast display has event-dependent color variations and emulates a 7-segment display, including icons and units. The WayCon Positionsmesstechnik GmbH device is intuitive and easy to parameterize using plain text and a touchscreen. It also has a 24 V auxiliary output for encoder power, totalization for each input, linearization with 24 control points for each input, and many other features such as tara, an averaging filter, and a sampling time for each input. The device is encased in a 96 x 48 mm standard panel with IP65 protection.
