UFA series ultrasonic distance sensors, measuring range 0.150mm, 0.200mm, suitable for measuring the distance, height, position, speed of objects. It can be applied to automation, packaging machinery, automatic testing and other fields.
The Waycon UFA series comprises three ultrasonic distance and proximity sensors: UFA150 FB with a focused glass‑fiber reinforced beam, UFA150 CP with a chemically‑protected PTFE membrane, and the compact UFA200 with a narrow detection cone. All models can operate as simple proximity switches or as analog distance sensors with voltage or current outputs, and their switch points are programmed via a Teach‑In function.
The manual details mechanical mounting with M12 nuts, wiring diagrams for the four‑pin M12 connector, and step‑by‑step procedures for setting switch points, configuring analog output ranges, and using the LED indicators. Environmental limits, IP65 protection, and typical application examples such as level detection in small tubes are also covered. This manual is written in German.
