About this manual

The UX micro ultrasonic level sensors are available in two versions, UX micro 150 and UX micro 500, offering detection ranges of 0‑170 mm and 0‑500 mm respectively. They feature a Teflon‑coated transducer, IP67 water‑ and dust‑proof housing, and selectable PNP or NPN switching outputs with a maximum load of 0.1 A.

Technical data include a supply voltage of 12‑28 VDC, operating temperature range of –20 °C to +50 °C (sensor up to +70 °C), and a pressure range of approximately 900‑1100 mbar. The sensors can be mounted using M18×1 threads or M8 connectors, and cable lengths up to about 100 m are supported. Adjustable hysteresis and switching distance are set via potentiometers, with LED indicators for state feedback. This manual is written in German.
