The ST303C series is a 620A inverter grade thyristor produced by IRF. It has a metal case ceramic insulator, an international standard TO-200AB (E-PUK) case, a full diffused design, a center amplifying gate, guaranteed high dv/dt and high di/dt, high surge current capability, low thermal resistance and high speed performance. It is suitable for inverters, choppers, induction heating and other types of force-commutated converters.
