General Semiconductor UGB8AT THRU UGB8DT Ultrafast Rectifier Datasheet

UGB8AT thru UGB8DT is an ultrafast efficient plastic rectifier with a reverse voltage of 50 to 200 volts and a forward current of 8.0 amperes. It is ideally suited for use in very high frequency switching power supplies, inverters, and as a free-wheeling diode. The rectifier has ultrafast reverse recovery time for high efficiency, soft recovery characteristics, excellent high temperature switching, and a glass passivated chip junction.
