Microsemi offers the popular 1N5985 through 1N6031 series of 0.5 watt Zener Voltage Regulators in standard glass axial-leaded DO-35 packages. These devices provide a voltage selection from 2.4 to 200 volts with various tolerance options, including 5%, 10%, and tighter tolerances identified by suffix letters.
