This document describes the MV505x Series of industry standard solid state indicators made with gallium arsenide phosphide light emitting diodes encapsulated in epoxy lenses. The series offers various lens effects to provide different design possibilities, including point source and wide beam direct view applications.

The series includes MV5052, MV5053/6053, MV5054A-1/2/3, and MV5055.
The typical viewing angle for the MV5055 model is 150 degrees.
