CYPRESS CY7C401/CY7C403 CY7C402/CY7C404 Manual

This document describes the 64 x 4 and 64 x 5 cascadable FIFO memories from Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. They are processed with high-speed CMOS for optimum speed/power and support 25MHz data rates. The FIFOs are expandable in word width and/or length, have independent asynchronous inputs and outputs, and a TTL-compatible interface, among other features.
