This document introduces the GS6332 and GS6333 two system monitoring chips, both chips use SOT-23 package, the operating current is less than 3uA, support 1.8V and 2.5V two power supplies, can monitor the power supply voltage is normal, and send reset signal to the host processor when the power supply voltage is abnormal.
The GS6332 and GS6333 are system supervisor circuits designed to monitor VCC in digital systems and provide a reset signal to the host processor when necessary. No external components are required. The reset output activates within 40 µs when voltage drops below threshold and remains active for a specified time after voltage recovers. Both devices feature push-pull output drivers, low supply current of 3 µA, and are available in a space-saving SOT-23 package. The GS6333 has an active-low reset output, while the GS6332 has an active-high reset output. Reset is guaranteed valid down to 1.0V.

The reset threshold voltage has a built-in hysteresis of 0.4% of VTH to prevent jitter.
The supply current is less than 3 µA, making them suitable for battery-powered applications.
The reset signal is guaranteed valid down to 1.0V.
