ZMM 1, ZMM 100 are surface mount silicon planar Zener diodes with a maximum power dissipation of 500 mW. They have a nominal Z-voltage of 1-100 V and are housed in a MiniMELF SOD-80 glass case. They weigh approximately 0.05g and are standardly supplied on a reel.
