IDT70P35/34L is a high-performance 1.8V 8/4K x 18 dual-port static RAM with low power consumption and high speed. It has independent upper-byte and lower-byte control for multiplexed bus compatibility.
The IDT70P35/34L (and related IDT70P25/24L) is a high‑speed 1.8 V dual‑port static RAM. It provides two independent ports with separate control, address and I/O pins, allowing asynchronous read/write access to any memory location. The device includes an automatic power‑down feature for very low standby power.
Available in 100‑pin TQFP, 100‑pin 0.8 mm pitch fpBGA and 100‑pin 0.5 mm pitch fpBGA packages, the RAM operates over commercial (0 °C to +70 °C) and industrial (‑40 °C to +85 °C) temperature ranges. Typical active power is 30.6 mW and standby power is 5.4 mW.
