BAΟΟST / BAΟΟSFP series Regulator ICs are low drop-out type voltage regulators with an ON/OFF switch from Toshiba. They feature built-in overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown circuit. These regulators are available in TO220FP-5 and TO252-5 standard packages.
The BAOOST and BAOOSFP series are low‑dropout voltage regulator ICs that include an ON/OFF switch. They are intended to provide a stabilized output voltage from a fluctuating DC input and are available in fixed output versions of 3.3 V, 5 V, 6 V, 7 V, 8 V, 9 V, 10 V and 12 V, each capable of delivering up to 1 A.
