This is the datasheet of APL3015SYCK super bright yellow LED
The APL3015SYCK LED features a 3.0 mm × 1.5 mm SMT package with a 1.4 mm thickness and a wide viewing angle. It uses a DH InGaAlP material on a GaAs substrate, delivering a peak wavelength of 590 nm and a super‑bright yellow color. The device is suited for backlight and indicator applications and is supplied in reels of 2000 pieces.
The datasheet provides electrical characteristics such as a forward voltage of 2.0 V at 20 mA, a reverse current of 10 µA at 5 V, and a power dissipation of 125 mW. Absolute maximum ratings include a DC forward current of 30 mA and a peak forward current of 175 mA. Recommended SMT reflow soldering limits the peak temperature to 230 °C with a typical reflow range of 140‑160 °C.
