About this manual

This leaflet provides the electrical and optical specifications of the TLS1005A, TLG1005A and TLPG1005A LED lamps, including forward voltage, forward current, luminous intensity and peak emission wavelength. It also lists maximum ratings such as 25 mA forward current, 4 V forward voltage and 65 mW power dissipation.

Packaging, handling and mounting instructions are included. The devices are shipped in aluminum envelopes with silica gel, stored at 5‑30 °C and 60 % RH or lower, and require a 60 °C bake for at least 12 h before soldering.
