ARIES Zero Insertion Force PGA Test Burn-in Sockets handbook

This document introduces the features and specifications of the 10004 PGA test and burn-in sockets produced by ARES company. The seat is made of black UL 94V-0 polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), with gold, nickel-plated beryllium-copper alloy or nickel-boron-plated Spinodal alloy contacts, with a contact current rating of 1 amp and a working temperature range of -85°F to 257°F (-65°C to 125°C) (gold plating), -85°F to 392°F (-65°C to 200°C) (nickel-plated Spinodal).
