Aries 600 series DIP headers with coined contacts
Aries’ Series 600 DIP headers are available with coined contacts and optional screw‑machine contacts. The line includes snap‑on protective covers and a body cavity design that adds clearance for component mounting.
Key specifications include a black UL 94V‑0 4/6 Nylon body, brass 1/2‑hard coined contacts, and plating options of matte tin (200 µin), nickel (50 µin) and gold (10 µin). The headers support a 2 A contact current rating, operating temperatures up to 221 °F (tin) or 257 °F (gold), and recommended PCB hole size of 0.035 in + 0.002 in.
