This document introduces a 3.5 mm Jack connector according to JISC 6560 standard, designed for back side mounting on printed circuit boards. The product features a wide temperature range, low contact resistance, and high mating cycles.
The KLBR 2 is a 2‑pole/mono 3.5 mm jack connector compliant with JISC 6560, designed for back‑side mounting on printed circuit boards. It features an angular version with a break contact and is suitable for use with standard jack plugs such as 1532‑03, KLS 2, KLS 20, KLS 22 and WKLS 2.
Key specifications include a temperature range of –20 °C to +70 °C, insertion force of 5‑20 N, withdrawal force of 4‑20 N, and a rated life of at least 5 000 mating cycles. Electrical performance is defined by a contact resistance ≤ 30 mΩ, rated current of 1 A, rated voltage of 34 V AC/DC, test voltage of 500 V for 60 s, and an insulation resistance of 10 MΩ. This manual is written in German.
