LS R976, LO R976, LY R976 are hyper-bright LED chips with extremely small package size and wide viewing angle. They are suitable for outdoor displays, coupling into light guides, backlighting, signal and symbol lights, and marking lights.
The LS R976, LO R976, and LY R976 are ultra‑small 0805 package LEDs (2.0 mm × 1.25 mm × 0.8 mm) offering super‑red, orange, and yellow emission wavelengths. They feature a very wide 160° viewing angle and high optical efficiency of up to 11 Im/W.
The components are designed for SMT assembly, support IR reflow soldering, and meet JEDEC Level 2 pre‑conditioning. They are suitable for outdoor displays, backlighting, signal and marker lighting, and toy applications, with operating temperatures from –30 °C to +85 °C and a junction temperature limit of +95 °C.
