The LS Q976 family (including LO Q976 and LY Q976) is a hyper‑bright, lead‑free 0603 chip LED offered by OSRAM Opto Semiconductors. It features a colorless diffused resin package with an extremely wide 160° viewing angle and high optical efficiency (7 Im/W for super‑red, 11 Im/W for orange and yellow). The devices are designed for SMT assembly and IR reflow soldering, and meet RoHS requirements.
Technical data include three wavelength options (633 nm super‑red, 605 nm orange, 587 nm yellow), a maximum forward current of 25 mA, forward voltage around 2.0 V, and an ESD withstand voltage up to 2 kV.
