LW E67C Power TOPLED® Enhanced optical Power LED is a kind of LED product with high luminous efficiency and low thermal resistance. It is mainly used in traffic signal lights, backlight, interior and exterior lighting, instruments and other fields.
The OSRAM SLW E67C is a white, high‑brightness InGaN LED offered in a white P‑LCC‑4 package with a colored diffused resin. It provides a typical optical efficiency of 20 lm/W, a color temperature of 5600 K and a color rendering index of 80. The device is suitable for a wide range of applications including traffic signals, backlighting, automotive interior and exterior lighting, emergency lighting and replacement of miniature incandescent lamps.
The LED is designed for standard SMT assembly processes and can be soldered using IR reflow or wave (TTW) soldering. It complies with RoHS (lead‑free) and has an ESD withstand rating of up to 2 kV. Electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 3.9 V at 30 mA, a maximum forward current of 30 mA, and a reverse voltage rating of 2 kV. Operating temperature ranges from –40 °C to +100 °C. This manual is written in German.
