This document describes the features and characteristics of LG T676, LP T676 Hyper TOPLED® Hyper-Bright LED Lead (Pb) Free Product - RoHS Compliant, including its wide viewing angle and applications in backlighting and coupling in light guides.
The OSRAM LG T676 and LP T676 are high‑brightness InGaAlP LEDs offered in green (570 nm) and pure‑green (560 nm) versions. They feature a wide 120° Lambertian viewing angle, high optical efficiency (5 lm/W green, 2 lm/W pure‑green), and are supplied in a white P‑LCC‑2 package suitable for all SMT assembly methods.
The datasheet provides detailed electrical ratings, including a forward current of 30 mA, reverse voltage of 12 V, operating temperature range from –40 °C to +100 °C, and a junction temperature limit of +125 °C. Ordering information, wavelength groups, brightness groups, and maximum permissible pulse handling are also listed. This manual is written in German.
