TSic™ is a leading-edge digital temperature sensor IC, combining outstanding accuracy with fast response and long-term stability.
The TSic™ temperature sensor IC provides best‑in‑class accuracy (±0.1 °C), fast response, long‑term stability and very low current consumption (typ. 45 yA). It can output an absolute analog voltage (0‑1 V) or a 1‑bit digital signal via a one‑wire interface, and operates from +2.97 V to +5.5 V (or +4.5 V to +5.5 V for certain models). The device is supplied in TO‑92, SOP‑8, COF packages or as a bare die.
TSic sensors are suited for medical instruments, industrial process control, automotive climate control, building automation, white‑goods, consumer electronics and portable battery‑powered devices. Ordering codes, application examples and a USB‑connectable LABkit for evaluation are also provided.
