TSic™ 101 is a rapid response, low-cost temperature sensor IC with analog voltage output. It features low cost, precision temperature sensing, wide measurement range, and high accuracy.
The TSic 101 temperature sensor IC from ZMD provides a precision analog voltage output (0‑1 V) with a resolution of 0.1 °C and accuracy of ±0.5 °C at room temperature. It operates from a supply voltage of 3.0 V to 5.5 V and is offered in several package types, including SOP8, e‑line, and chip‑on‑flex.
Designed for building automation, automotive, industrial and low‑power applications, the device includes on‑chip calibration, a low‑quiescent current design to minimise self‑heating, and optional field re‑calibration for high‑volume customers.
