About this manual

The WayCon UBA series ultrasonic sensors provide reliable edge detection for conveyor and rail systems. They use a large‑diameter ultrasonic transducer material that offers high temperature stability and low sensitivity to contamination, allowing detection of transparent materials such as films.

The sensors output an analog voltage proportional to the coverage of the ultrasonic beam (0 V for full coverage, 10 V for open). They feature a 4‑pin M8 connector with supply, analog output, ground and synchronization input, and are rated IP67 with an anodized aluminum housing. This manual is written in German.
