The 3M Full Coverage Sole Grounder is an elastic strap‑type foot grounder that covers both the ball of the foot and the heel, ensuring maximum floor contact. It uses a multi‑strand conductive ribbon stitched in a sinusoidal pattern and is built with computer‑controlled stitching, riveting, die‑cutting, and heat‑cutting for consistent performance.
The grounder offers 1 MΩ or 2 MΩ resistance, complies with ANSI/ESD S‑20.20, EIA 625, MIL‑STD‑1686, and MIL‑HDBK‑263, and is available in several sizes (SG1M‑XL, SG1M‑L, SG2M‑SM). It includes D‑rings, hook‑and‑loop fasteners, and a conductive ribbon that connects the wearer to a grounded ESD floor mat.
