The BTS 4880R is a vertical N‑channel power FET with a charge‑pump architecture, offering eight independent channels each capable of 0.625 A continuous output current. Integrated protection includes over‑voltage, under‑voltage, short‑circuit, thermal shutdown, ESD, and reverse‑battery protection, making it suitable for industrial PLC applications and for replacing electromechanical relays.
