About this manual

The BTS 5210L is a smart high‑side power switch with two independent channels, each capable of handling up to 2.4 A (3.9 A in parallel). It integrates charge‑pump MOSFET technology, diagnostic feedback, and a range of built‑in protection functions, making it suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, including lamps with high inrush currents.

The device operates from 5.5 V to 40 V, offers very low standby current, and provides status signals for open‑load, overtemperature and reverse‑battery conditions. It is supplied in a P‑DSO‑12‑2 package and is intended as a compact replacement for electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete driver circuits.
