This document is a datasheet for the BGF121 Transient Voltage Suppressor. It describes the features and characteristics of the product.
The BGF121 is a single‑line TVS diode designed for transient voltage and power overstress suppression. All pins are protected against ESD pulses of +15 kV contact discharge according to IEC61000‑4‑2, and the wafer‑level package measures only 0.75 mm × 0.75 mm with a height of 0.60 mm.
The datasheet lists maximum ratings such as a stand‑off voltage up to 10 V, operating temperature range –30 °C to +85 °C, and storage range –55 °C to +150 °C. Electrical characteristics include a line capacitance of 160 pF, forward voltage of 1.3 V at 850 mA, and typical clamping voltage of 18.7 V at 85 °C.
