This datasheet describes the HYS[64/72]D64x20HU-[5/6]-C, HYS[64/72]D32x00HU-[5/6]-C, and HYS64D16x01HU-[5/6]-C industry standard 184-Pin Unbuffered Dual-In-Line Memory Modules (Reg DIMM). These modules are organized as 16M x 64, 32M x 64, 32M x 72, and two ranks of 64M x 64 or 64M x 72 for non-parity and ECC main memory applications. They utilize 256 Mbit DDR SDRAM in a P-TSOPII-66-1 package.

The modules support DDR400 Speed Grade (PC3200) and PC2700.
