This manual explains how to use the Sub-Cell GT Agarose Gel Electrophoresis Systems.
The Sub‑Cell GT series (basic Sub‑Cell GT, Wide Mini‑Sub® GT, and Mini‑Sub GT) is a submerged agarose gel electrophoresis system designed for reliable separation of DNA, RNA and PCR products. The system uses thick acrylic buffer chambers, safety lids and replaceable electrode cassettes to ensure safe, repeatable runs.
This manual covers general information, safety precautions, system components, detailed operating instructions (gel preparation, casting, electrophoresis, staining), reagent preparation, care and maintenance, troubleshooting, and product information including specifications and accessories. It also includes warranty details and reference material.
