ANALOG DEVICES ADF4113 handbook

ADF4110/ADF4111/ADF4112/ADF4113 is a family of RF PLL frequency synthesizers from Analog Devices. The frequency range is 550MHz to 4.0GHz, and it supports 3V to 5.5V power supply. The device features a programmable dual-modulus prescaler, programmable charge pump currents, programmable antibacklash pulse width, 3-wire serial interface, analog and digital lock detect, etc. It is widely used in wireless base stations, wireless handsets, wireless LANs, communication test equipment and CATV equipment.
