The ADATE302-02 is a 500MHz dual integrated DCL with differential drive/receive, level setting DACs, and per pin PMU. The device includes a 3-level driver with high-Z mode and built-in clamps, precision trimmed output resistance, low leakage mode (typically <10nA). The device also includes a window and differential comparator, input equivalent bandwidth greater than 1GHz, load ±12mA maximum current capability. Per pin PMU force voltage range is -2.0V to +6.0V, with 5 current ranges: 25mA, 2mA, 200μA, 20μA, and 2μA. 14-bit DAC for DCL levels typically <±5mV INL (calibrated); 16-bit DAC for PMU levels typically <±1.5mV INL (calibrated); HVOUT output buffer has 0V to 13.5V output range.
