ANALOG DEVICES ADF4107 handbook

The ADF4107 frequency synthesizer is a local oscillator that can be used in wireless receivers and transmitters. It features a 7.0 GHz bandwidth, a power supply range of 2.7 V to 3.3 V, a separate charge pump supply (VP) for extended tuning voltage in 3 V systems, a programmable dual-modulus prescaler with options of 8/9, 16/17, 32/33, and 64/65, programmable charge pump currents, programmable antibacklash pulse width, a 3-wire serial interface, analog and digital lock detect, and hardware and software power-down modes.
